2. Information you choose to provide
Join free trial buttons open a Google Form. The information you submit is used to respond to your trial enquiry and assess compatibility. Contact links open your email app; if you send an email, your email address and the details you include become part of your enquiry. Google processes form information under its Privacy Policy.
The dashboard on the homepage is an illustrative demonstration. It does not connect to your devices, read your smart meter or collect your household energy data.
3. Handling enquiries
The proposed purpose of enquiry handling is to reply to your questions, discuss requested trial compatibility and arrange follow-up. Information is provided voluntarily, although some details may be needed to answer your question.
Subject to company confirmation, the proposed lawful basis for requested steps towards a trial is taking steps before entering a contract. For general correspondence, it is the company’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
